Description

As a Voxware Solutions Consultant, you will provide assistance to enable our sales force to sell our products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in sales efforts both over the telephone/internet and on-site when required
• Ensure that our solutions meet/exceed the customer’s needs
• Provide training and/or sales tools and support to prospects, customers and staff as part of the sales effort
• Communicate activities in weekly meetings and maintain reports and information within the Voxware Sales Automation application
• Have a clear understanding of and ability to articulate the Voxware value proposition
• Share business strengths and value according to customer needs and business objectives and translate requirements into system requirements and configurations
• Present to business and technical audiences ranging from end users to Senior Executives
• Provide feedback to product marketing regarding customer and prospect requirements so that they can be leveraged into future developments
• Assist sales and RFI/RFP supporting teams on technical aspects of the product suite
• Knowledge Base:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in related subject matter)
• Business Process Re-Engineering or working with companies through automation or system enhancement of existing work practices
• Technical support experience of software products (or other similar product/technology)
• Web technology and database experience/training
• Sales skills/experience
• Voice technology or supply chain experience

Essential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Background

• Background in Technology & Software preferred
• Skill Set:
• Good communication skills and excellent listening and discovery-process skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent technical skills
• Working knowledge of Internet and related technology (HTML,  Javascript, web services)
• Familiarity with Relational Database Management Systems (mySQL, SQL Server, Oracle)
• Existing Voxware product knowledge and hands on product experience a plus
