Qualifications for a Voxware Partner
We at Voxware welcome the opportunity to establish relationships with experienced providers of logistics and warehouse operations solutions. We recognize that voice technology may be a more appropriate addition to some companies’ solution sets than it is for others.
Voice solutions are a combination of hardware, standard software components, customized software, and services. To be successful with voice, your company must have experience in:
- Warehouse Solution Consulting: the ability to visit a customer’s warehouse and make recommendations on how RF technology can improve the operation and deliver quantifiable business value.
- Solution Design: the ability to analyze a warehousing operation and create a document that can serve as a specification for the “to be” solution (usually a combination of hardware and software) that will be implemented by your company for the end customer.
- Software Integration: the ability to connect software modules to back-end systems such as ERP or WMS packages.
- Software Development: some competence in modern programming languages.
- End User Training: the one-on-one training of both supervisory and end-user workers in the use of the technology solution you provide.
- Solution Support: a 24-hour hot line or help desk that customers call for help with problems that arise during the operation of the solution you have provided to them.
Companies with experience in the above areas will find Voxware’s voice technology to be a strong add-on component to their existing business model.
Voxware provides full training for partners who qualify to enter the Voxware Partner Program. We train you on how to sell, develop, deliver, and support voice solutions that your customers will rave about. Our training is focused on giving a company that already possesses the above competencies the know-how and capability to add voice technology to the product and solution mix they already have.
