The holiday season may be in full swing, but soon enough April will arrive and supply chain leaders from across the country will convene at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta for the Modex 2016 Show. The 2016 event promises to bring a wealth of new ideas for improving supply chain efficiency, and the Voxware team looks forward to meeting attendees from a wide variety of industries.

At this year’s show, we will welcome Carol Tienken, COO and VP of Distribution at the Greater Boston Food Bank, to present on how voice automation technology has helped the relief organization drive operational improvements. The food bank processed 50 million pounds of food in 2014, enough to serve over half a million hungry residents in 190 communities across Eastern Massachusetts.

During a talk, titled “Benefits of Saas Based Voice and Analytics Solutions,” Modex attendees will be able to hear more about how Voxware’s Voice Management Suite (VMS) is helping the Greater Boston Food Bank operate. Audience members will learn how SaaS delivery models make voice automation technology a great fit for organizations of all sizes and how analytics gathered through voice automation technologies can help drive further operational improvements.

Carol Tienken will present twice on Wednesday, April 6. Details for each presentation are as follows:
