Today DC operations are challenged with meeting the high demands of customers while maintaining accurate and efficient operations.  The ever changing climate has made it difficult for companies to make capital expenditures to improve operations. 

But at what cost? 

Performance Food Group selected Voxware 3 for voice-picking in their Distribution Center operations, the average return-on-investment for each site is 9 months. PFG pick accuracy increased to 99.94%, truck shorts were reduced by 50% and customer service levels improved by 40%.
