VoxBlocks are the basic elements of a Voxware voice-enabled business process. They are assembled in the VoxStudio visual environment by diagramming the desired workflow. Each VoxBlock has a palette of properties that are used to tailor the voice solution’s operation.
We designed each VoxBlock from actual voice solutions – spanning dozens of companies and hundreds of warehouses – that had been delivered before Voxware Voice Management Suite was created. So they package the real-world voice experience of many order fulfillment operations.
The same VoxBlock can be used in differing ways within different workflows. They can be combined and configured to solve different problems – all within a single instance of Voxware VMS.
Each VoxBlock has a wide variety of options. Selecting one is as simple as point and click. All of the necessary voice prompts and worker responses are pre-built in every option, so low-level programming is not needed.
In this manner, Voxware VMS voice solutions are created in much less time than traditional point solutions. Better yet, once created they are very easy to modify.
