Wagner SprayTech Selects Voxware’s Cloud Voice Solution to Elevate Fulfillment Operations
This marks Voxware’s second Cloud VMS implementation in the past month.
HAMILTON, NJ – October 17, 2012 – Voxware, an innovator of voice solutions, today announced that Wagner SprayTech (Wagner), a provider of commercial painting and industrial fine finishing solutions, will implement Voxware’s Cloud Voice Management Suite (Cloud VMS). Voxware’s Cloud VMS will be deployed in two separate distribution centers to help increase productivity, improve shipping times and bolster the overall customer experience.
Marking the second Cloud VMS implementation in the past month for Voxware, companies like Wagner are taking advantage of the cost-effective, quick-to-deploy and scalable nature of the offering. Prior to selecting Cloud VMS, Wagner was employing an RF picking solution to handle its fulfillment operations. However, the retailer found that the solution was not robust enough to enhance its business operations and further its competitive advantage. Wagner therefore chose to leverage Voxware’s Cloud VMS to meet the following business objectives:
- Improve accuracy of product picking to cut error-related costs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Improve shipping time to meet same day or next day delivery requirements
- Increase the number of lines picked per hour without increasing infrastructure costs
- Quickly and easily deploy voice without interrupting other warehouse operations or solutions
- Efficiently scale to meet increased demands

Cloud VMS also gives Wagner the flexibility needed to more efficiently and cost-effectively manage its entire operation. In addition to voice, the company is also planning to execute a number of critical projects in parallel with the Voxware implementation. As a pre-packaged, configurable solution that does not require an IT infrastructure, Cloud VMS is more easily and readily deployed, letting Wagner focus its resources on other projects.
